Application : Welding of piping steel (STPA22, 23, A335-P11, P12), boiler and heat exchanger tubes (STB22, 23, A199-T11, A213-T11, T12), rolled steels (SCMV2, 3, A387Gr11, 12), cast steels (A217 WC6) and forged steels (A 182-F11, F12, A 336-F12).

YAWATA N-1 is an extra low hydrogen type with 1.25%Cr-0.5%Mo low alloy steel electrode. Suitable for welding 1~1.5%Cr-0.5%Mo steels to be used at high temperatures up to 550℃.

1. Use dry electrodes only.
2. Damp electrodes should be re-dried at 300~400℃ for 60 minutes before use.
3. Preheating at 150~300℃ and postheating at 620~720℃ are required.
